HOME OFFICE REFRESH

Our home office has finally been refreshed and I am so thrilled with the result!

The coronavirus forced us to reinvent this space to allow us all to work, whether that be actual work, or school work. The feature wall was supposed to be my One Of A Kind Show display and we decided this would be the perfect space to put these Urban Walls decals.

Repurpose

Since we were not planning on doing this space the budget was very small. I already had these desks from years ago and moved them around to create 3 spaces. 2 desks for work and a middle desk that the kids share. It allows us to all work in one space together. I am still searching for the perfect rug but I know I will eventually find the perfect one!

The Little Details

I feel like the office is such a great space to add thee items you love. Things that inspire you or have a special meaning.

Our newest “make it happen” print (coming to the shop soon) was a given. I often said this statement to my husband during the challenging build of the Wildflower trailer, “just make it happen!”

The flower crown I wore on our anniversary getaway in Maui sits on the shelf above my desk to remind me of the magical getaway we took.

I’m obsessed with greenery, real and faux, and of course, my office wouldn’t be complete without some pink trailers.

We did order new chairs from Wayfair and they are super comfy! The little pink ottoman came from the trailer and the cabinets for storage I have had a few years now.

The light fixture I repurposed from our playroom (which is currently being refreshed too!)

Wall Decals from Urban Walls

I was heartbroken when we found out our biggest show of the year was cancelled and I wouldn’t be able to reveal these beautiful blush floral decals. But I feel like they were meant to be in my office. They are super easy to put up too! I spaced them all out and attached with painters tape until I found the perfect placement and then removed the backing tape and smoothed them on the wall. It’s that simple! Thank you Urban Walls for making this space amazing!

We added a chair rail and applied moulding to the bottom half of the wall (super easy to do!)
